Biography

Born in Turin (Italy), Federica began her training as a ballet dancer at the Teatro Nuovo Torino and the Princeton Ballet School (USA). She continued her studies as a jazz and musical dancer at the Adriana Cava Jazz Ballet, MDM Milano, Off Jazz Nice and Stage Entertainment Germany.

She began her professional dance career in Europe, where she performed in Italy (Teatro Regio Torino, A. Cava Jazz Company, Compagnia Torino Spettacoli) and also obtained her teaching diploma at the Teatro Nuovo Torino. In 2013, she began a new adventure "at sea" as a dancer on board the MSC and Mein Schiff fleets. She then worked in Singapore as a dance teacher at the Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT) and at various schools.

In 2016, she moved to Austria with her husband and began working as a guest artist at the Tiroler Landestheater in Innsbruck in the field of opera and musicals, where she played the lead role in Enrique Gasa Valga's production Gaia Mother Earth.

In Innsbruck, she also continued her teaching career, working with The Dance Experience, the Jugendlandestheater and the Kulturservice, where she taught jazz and ballet. In 2022, she moved back to Italy with her family, where she currently works as a ballet and musical theater teacher at various schools and academies, including the Art Village Turin under the direction of Luciano Cannito and the Torino Musical Academy.

Recently, she also received the PBT certificate as a trainer. Her professional and emotional connection to Austria has never been severed; she travels back regularly to work with her dedicated ballet students and to organize monthly workshops in collaboration with the Limonada Dance Company.
