Admission & hall access

• Evening box office & admission Congress Innsbruck (CMI): open from 1 hour before the start of the performance

• Admission: to the Dogana 30 minutes before the start

• Important note: late admission is only possible during the breaks - please plan your arrival in good time

Access to your seats in the Dogana:

• Parquet, grandstand & box seats: 1st floor via the Tirol Foyer

• Barrier-free access on the first floor

• Please have your ticket (Print@Home or digital on your smartphone/tablet) ready when you enter

We ask you to mute your smartphone or set it to flight mode during the performance.
Photos are welcome - but please without flash, light or noise.

Accessibility

All event rooms at the CMI are barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. There are barrier-free WC facilities on all floors. There are disabled parking spaces in front of the CMI entrance.

Vouchers

• Vouchers available online from € 10

• Redeemable at the advance booking offices, at the box office and online

• Valid for all events of the Innsbruck Winter Dance Festival 2026

And this is how it works

• Select the amount of the desired voucher

• The recipient pays for their experience in the shopping cart with their voucher code

• If the value differs from the voucher, the recipient can easily pay the remaining amount or use the remaining value for further bookings

• Cash redemption is not possible

Arrival

Public transportation

• Congress" stop directly in front of the building: accessible by IVB bus lines M, A, J, 350, 540 and streetcar line 1

• From Innsbruck main station in approx. 10 minutes with lines M or J

• From the old town on foot in approx. 5 minutes

Arrival by bike

• There are numerous bicycle parking spaces directly on Rennweg and around Congress Innsbruck

• The Inn cycle path leads directly past the event center

By car / Parking

• Limited parking spaces

• Congress parking garage (Rennweg 3, 6020 Innsbruck) directly under the building

• Access via the Rennweg

• Take the elevator from the parking garage to the event center

Service on site

• Intermission: Each show (except Los Bailes Robados) includes a 20-minute intermission

• Reservation of tables/drinks possible before the start of the show via DoN

• Bars of DoN: open 1 hour before the start (cash only, ATM in front of the main entrance)

• Program booklets: with background information available for € 2,- (at the box office & from the audience service)

• Checkroom: Jackets, umbrellas and large bags must be handed in (fee per item € 2)
