Biography

Maryem Torres is a dancer, choreographer, teacher and dance and movement therapist. Born in Granada, flamenco awakened a passion in her from an early age. During her many years of training, she studied with flamenco greats such as "La Moneta", Andrés Marín, Patricia Guerrero, Belén Maya, Joaquin Grilo, Manuel Betanzos and others. In addition to flamenco, she has also studied other dance styles, such as classic and contemporary dances, which enrich her technical and aesthetic style. Her dance career began in 2007 and has taken her to stages in Spain and abroad, as well as being one of the dancers of the tablao "Los Tarantos" in Granada. She is the youngest member of the group -Al Aire-.
